1. GHEEA-Liberia’s Factsheet
As a renewable energy project developer startup , Direct Energy Giving (DEG) has developed a solar PV public-private partnership model. A developing pilot with investment interest in Liberia, West Africa is summarized here. The model is titled Governance Health Education Energy Access (GHEEA), and aims to transition fossil fuel generation of electricity in Government’s run facilities delivering productive services in local governance structures, healthcare and educational institutions to solar PV generating systems.
